Why NoteIQ Exists
NoteIQ wasn’t invented in a boardroom. It was observed at the bedside.
NoteIQ began inside a hospice agency, watching a director of nursing hand-build Google Forms because her EMR couldn't. Watching nurses entering the same assessment twice on the same visit. Claims stalling while teams fought through audits to prove what their own charts already showed.
So we didn't build a solution in search of a problem. We built a platform shaped from the start by the nurses, administrators, and coordinators who live with this stress. Every feature can be traced back to something someone showed us, told us, or built themselves out of necessity.
